Written by Soo Jin Lee
My real face was found at a murder scene. In a world where someone clones my face to kill, a woman forced to hide her true face and live behind a fake one meets a detective who stakes his life on her bare face — identical to the killer's composite sketch. A romance on the run.
Synopsis
In the near future, “Smart Skin” — a nano-spray that changes your face on the spot — has gone mainstream. Sculptor Seo-woo sees a serial killer on the news wearing her face. Her hacked face data is being sold on the dark web as disposable identities for hitmen. To survive, Seo-woo covers her real face with fake skins and, posing as a witness, approaches Kang Do-jin, the detective on the case. Do-jin, who has face blindness, is drawn not to her fake beauty but to the cold sweat running over the skin and her trembling fingertips — and the more her feelings waver, the more Seo-woo's skin begins to crack.
