Urban Crawler
Feature · Sci-Fi Action · In Development
Written by Sann Lee
A girl who lost her father and her limbs to a rogue household robot climbs into the kind of machine she hates most, becoming a pilot who stops rampaging robots in the city — and finds the code from that night three years ago once again.

Synopsis
Three years ago, before dawn, a hacked household humanoid attacked Anna, and her father died trying to save her. Left with only her right arm, Anna gets around in a power wheelchair and is told by her care facility that she has one week to move out on her own. Unable even to board a bus, she is passing a construction site when a rogue construction robot attacks her — and an “Urban Crawler,” a robot with a human pilot, steps in. Anna, who loathes robots, is left with no choice but to become a Crawler pilot, and the moment she climbs aboard, she rejects Maya, the Crawler's AI, who starts talking to her. In the wreckage of the rogue robot lies the same code as three years ago.
